An electric atmosphere, the SuperCentre is home to athlete registration and expo. All participants will register for their respective sport and pick up their bag, schedule and Games souvenir. The expo will highlight vendors from across the nation showcasing the latest in apparel, local sports league, health & fitness and more. This will also be a great opportunity to take a professionally photographed team picture!

A kick-off celebration for the Games weekend! Join your fellow teammates by showing the strength and unity of your organization while waving your company banner with pride. Lead by one of Houston’s best drumlines, athletes will walk around the vibrant park at Discovery Green, finishing at an exclusive area where the official welcome and live music will commence. Athletes will have the chance to win top tier prizes by the infamous “tennis ball hit”!

The major social element of the weekend will take place at one of Houston’s Best Sports Bars downtown. Featuring an outdoor element with live music, food trucks, drink promotions, games and a chance to dress up in themed attire with thousands of your new friends!

2017 Sister Cities of Houston Annual Fall Concert

Saturday, November 18th, 6pm

The Fall Concert is an annual international variety show that features local and international performers from Houston and its 18 Sister Cities. 2017 performances include: Mixteco Ballet Folklorico, HSPVA Choral Ensemble (Julia Hall, Director), Nao Kusazaki (Ballerina from Japan), Newman Liu (Chinese master viola player formerly with the Shenzhen Symphony Orchestra) and WAWEL (Polish Folk Dancers). Closing Awards Ceremony

Sunday, November 19th, 6:30pm – 8pm

At the conclusion of the weekend, there will be a presentation of awards to the team leaders and senior executives of the wining organizations. In addition to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place medals distributed at each venue, the closing awards include: The Sport For Life Grand Award, The Medalist Award, The Championship Division Awards, Sports Awards, The Individual Medals, and The Winners Pins. Food and beverage will also be served.
