When is the World Corporate Games?
All events for the World Corporate Games will take place November 17-19, 2017.

Is there an event App?
Yes! Search for our event in your app store using the direction below.
- Download The HCHSA App: Android (Google) | iOS (Apple).
- Select Calendar of Events
- Select “2017 World Corporate Games”
- Create Your Account. - Your username is the email address you registered with, and your password is HOUSTON2017.

What is your cancellation policy?
Because costs of the event have already been paid out to cover various levels of production expenses, there will be NO REFUNDS.
How much does it cost to register?
Registration fees vary depending on which sport you are participating in. Running is $40.00. All other sports are $99.00 until July 31st and $125.00 until registration closes on October 27th.
*Bowling and Golf have additional fees*
Do you offer any sports for athletes with disabilities?
Yes, we have Wheelchair and Tandem categories in Running and Cycling.
Will the host organization pay for any travel related expenses?
Harris County Houston Sports Authority will not be paying for any travel related expenses, however we have arranged for discounted flights and hotels for participants.
Where do I find a list of hotels for the event?

What do I do if I need to get a visa?

When is Registration?
All participants must register online prior to October 27th. Everyone is also required to be present at the Registration Center to do packet pick up where you will get your credential and the schedule of play.
Do I have to be present to register in person?
Yes, registration in person at the Registration Center is mandatory for all participants.
Can a friend or teammate pick up my packet?
No, every participant must be present to pick up their packet.
Where are the sporting events?
We have 20 sporting events going on November 17th and 18th at multiple venues in Houston. To check your sport’s location, please visit here and click on the sport you are interested in playing.
Can I do more than one sport?
No, unfortunately due to the amount of sporting events we will host simultaneously it will not be possible for one person to compete in more than one sport.
