Captains must report to Venue Control at least 20 minutes before start of pool and 10 minutes before start of elimination matches to validate team members. Umpires will check each player’s ID Pass pitch side before each match.
Practice is subject to pitch availability. Warm up is limited to 5 minutes prior to match start.
Uniform & Equipment
Teams must wear numbered matching shirts. In the event of a colour clash, the second named team shall change. Matching Flagbelts in sharp contrast to colour of Shorts/pants are required. Shorts or pants with pocket will NOT be allowed for safety purposes. Match balls are supplied. Practice balls are not.

Each match is a minimum of two 12 minute halves with a 1 minute changeover. When an elimination match is drawn at full-time, two 5 minute halves of extra time are played.

6 points for a Touchdown, 2 Points for Safety, 2 points for Extra point (PAT) – a successful PAT from the 10 yard line, 1 point for Extra point (PAT) – a successful PAT from the 5 yard line, 2 points for a PAT attempt which is intercepted and returned for a score by the defensive team.
Captains must sign and return a completed Match Card immediately after the match.
