Competition Details

Venue Control

Triathletes must report to Venue Control to check in at least 60 minutes before start time to receive numbers. Access to the transition area is via ID pass.

Uniform & Equipment

Wet suits are compulsory. Competitors must wear a BSI, ANSI or SNELL rated helmet secured before mounting the bike and not undone until the bike is racked. At least a vest and trunks must be worn during the cycle and run. Spot cycle checks will take place within the transition area. Cover discs are ermitted on the rear wheel only. Attach the provided race number label to the bike. After the event competitors may exit the transition area with a bike only if their race number corresponds to the bike number. Race numbers must be clearly displayed on the back whilst cycling and at least on the front when running. They may not be cut or folded in any way. Water is available within the transition area.

Race Format

750m Swim
Open Water. Mass running/water start. The course will be marked. Safety boats and canoes will escort. Raise an arm if in difficulty.

20K Cycle
Competitors must mount and dismount outside the transition area and walk or run with the bike from and to the allocated position within.

5K Run
The course is a flat circular route.

Triad

A wristband must be passed between members at the allocated position within the transitition area.

Regulations

ITU playing rules modified for Corporate Games apply. Triathletes must retire from the race if ordered to do so by a Games Official.
